A disturbance in northwest Harris County led to the arrest of a man. He allegedly hurt a child during the incident. The suspect tried to escape by running and jumping fences.
Law enforcement used a canine unit to track him down. The man was found in a bayou initially, but took off again before being caught. Further details about the incident and the suspect's charges are available from the Constable's office.
